Generator Control & Protection Panel
The Generator Control and Protection Panel is an intelligent paralleling control cabinet. It not only supports single-unit operation and multi-unit parallel operation, but also enables grid-paralleling operation. When operating in parallel, it automatically performs frequency/voltage adjustment, synchronous closing, and active/reactive load sharing according to preset values. The panel provides comprehensive monitoring, protection, and fault diagnosis functions for the generator set. Its control system is designed with both an automatic parallel operation system and an emergency manual parallel operation system.
Redundant Cabinet
The redundant cabinet incorporates two or more controllers to form a backup redundancy protection system. When the primary controller fails, the backup equipment can be switched via hardware, software, or manual means to replace the malfunctioning unit, thereby maintaining normal system operation and minimizing losses caused by unexpected system shutdowns.
The cabinet supports configurations such as MNS-E, GGD, GCK, or side-cabinet types. It is equipped with ComAp IG4200 or IG500G2 control and paralleling modules, as well as electrically operated circuit breakers.
