ACT415-200kW Intelligent Load Bank

According to the specific on‑site requirements of users, the technical standards for the ACT415‑200kW Automatic Load Bank (hereinafter referred to as "the system") and its accessories are defined in the agreement. These standards cover function, performance, usage, structure, installation, and testing, providing users with an efficient and reliable solution to meet the needs of generator load testing.

The system consists of two main parts: the measurement and control unit and the load unit. It primarily includes a dry‑type AC load, an automatic data acquisition system, an automatic load switching control system, a cooling device, auxiliary controls, a remote control box, and PC software.

The system is a power load testing device independently developed by our technology. It integrates a dry load module with an automatic measurement and control module, enabling accurate detection of output power and load capacity of various generators, as well as full‑load and overload testing.

When used with a computer, the system can achieve intelligent control. It automatically performs specialized tests on all electrical parameters of the generator set, generates tables and graphs, and supports printing. This completely eliminates cumbersome manual operations and provides a scientific and efficient testing method for generator sets.
