• Manufactured from 2.0 mm thick cold-rolled steel plates – significantly thicker than industry standard (usually 1.2–1.5 mm), providing superior structural rigidity and vibration damping.

2. Advanced Anti-Corrosion Coating

• Our canopy undergoes a multi-stage pretreatment process (degreasing, phosphating, and passivation) followed by high-temperature electrostatic powder spraying.

• This ensures exceptional adhesion and weathering resistance, guaranteeing no rusting, peeling, or fading even after years of outdoor exposure in coastal, high-humidity, or rainy environments.

• The canopy is lined with high-density acoustic foam and perforated sound-absorbing panels, specifically engineered to absorb mid-to-low frequency engine noise.

• Achieves noise levels as low as 68–75 dB(A) at 7 meters (depending on model), making our sets ideal for residential areas, hospitals, hotels, and night-time construction projects.
  

4. Optimized Airflow & Cooling Design

• Scientific air inlet/outlet positioning ensures sufficient combustion air and radiator cooling, preventing overheating even when the canopy is fully enclosed.

• The soundproof structure does not compromise the generator's power output or fuel efficiency – a common problem with poorly designed silent cans.

• Large, lift-off or side-hinged doors with stainless steel hardware provide full access to the engine, alternator, and control panel for routine service.

• All service points (oil filter, fuel filter, battery, and coolant drain) are clearly marked and easily reachable without dismantling the canopy.

• All doors and joints are fitted with weather-resistant rubber gaskets to prevent dust, rainwater, and salt spray ingress.

• The genset is mounted on heavy-duty rubber vibration isolators between the base frame and the canopy, minimizing mechanical vibration transmitted to the enclosure.
