Cummins ECM control engine service kit

Application:

When the Cummins ECM (ECM2150, 2880 module engine)  control engines are failed to start, the quick service kit can be directly connected to the control system for start, speed up, speed down and shutdown of engine. It is used for the service provider to get the main parameters of the engine such as speed, water temperature, oil pressure, etc. The controller of service kit features various engine control/alarm functions.

The quick service kit is portable type easily to be carried to service sites. The service provide only needs to make simple wiring to connect it to the original control circuit of diesel gen-set for trouble shooting. It can effectively reduce the scope of engine fault detection, especially in the case of inorganic group control circuit drawings, wireless number labeling, poor contact of individual lines, it can quickly lock the fault and improve service efficiency. In case of emergency, it can completely replace the unit control system for emergency power generation.
